The Faculty of Mining, Geology and Civil Engineering of the University of Tuzla supported the first International Fair of Minerals, Fossils, Precious and Semi-Precious Stones “Treasures of the Earth”, which was held at BCC Tuzla.
The organizer of the fair is the Mountain Crystal Association from Visoko. The Faculty of Mining, Geology and Civil Engineering is the only faculty in Bosnia and Herzegovina that educates engineers in the field of geological disciplines in all three cycles of study. The study program Geology was promoted at the Mineral Fair, which will celebrate 50 years of existence next year.
Visitors were able to see specimens from all over the world and collectors of minerals and semi-precious stones took advantage of the fair to exchange attractive specimens.
