The Erasmus+ project entitled “Sustainable Project Management in Balkan HEIs (SuProM)” started with its implementation in January 2025. The first Consortium meeting and the Project management process analysis approach event were held from 29-31 January 2025 at the University of Ljubljana. After the presentation of the project team members and the agenda, the work packages activities within the project were discussed (project management and coordination, project management process analysis at HEIs, collaborating with the HEI community: project management training, deepening project management capacity: development of project management courses in HEIs in Albania & Bosnia and Herzegovina, dissemination and exploitation of project results). The University of Tuzla at this meeting was represented by Professor Elvis Ahmetović, a project leader, and Professor Nijaz Tihić, a team member. This event was an excellent opportunity for all participants to meet and exchange views on collaboration within the project and agree on further steps in project implementation. This project aims to improve sustainable project management skills in higher education institutions in the Western Balkans.
