A Joint Implementation Plan was signed in Sarajevo between University of Tuzla and the USAID project for the development of sustainable tourism in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This Joint Implementation Plan identified areas of cooperation, with the support of Solimar International, in the framework of the preparation of the program of higher education institutions in the field of tourism for certification according to the TedQual model of the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO).

A Joint Implementation Plan was signed in Sarajevo between University of Tuzla and the USAID project for the development of sustainable tourism in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This Joint Implementation Plan identified areas of cooperation, with the support of Solimar International, in the framework of the preparation of the program of higher education institutions in the field of tourism for certification according to the TedQual model of the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO).
The goal of the USAID project is to improve the quality of educational programs in the field of tourism in accordance with TedQual standards and increase the competitive advantage of Bosnia and Herzegovina by improving the quality of the workforce in the tourism industry through professional education.
USAID Tourism will provide University of Tuzla with technical support to review the accreditation conditions, existing and available documentation for undergraduate and postgraduate programs and determine the best scenario for obtaining the cerificate of TedQua of the United Nations World Tourism Organization.
