Dear colleagues,
It is our privilege and pleasure to invite you to the Eighth International Scientific Conference „June 5th – World Environment Day“, organized by the Biotechnical and Technical Faculty of the University of Bihać, in cooperation with the University of Nova Gorica-Laboratory for Environmental and Life Science, University Metropolitan Beograd – Faculty of Applied Ecology – Futura, University of Karlovac and Ministry of Construction, Urban Development and Environmental Protection of Una-Sana Canton. The theme of this year’s World Environment Day is #LAND RESTORATION, DESERTIFICATION & DROUGHT RESILIENCE and calls for the protection and revival of ecosystems around the world, which is key to achieving the goals of sustainable development
The Conference program will be conducted in the form of short oral and poster presentations divided into the following sections:

Waste Management
Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Sources
Law and Economic Regulations in Environmental Protection
