Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you on behalf of the Organizing Committee of the International Congress of Medical Sciences (ICMS) 2023. Every year ICMS welcomes medical students from all over the world. I would like to present you with important information and details about our upcoming congress.
This year’s edition of the congress is scheduled for May 11, 2023 – May 14, 2023 . ICMS will be held in person at the Medical University of Sofia . There are two ways of participation – active and passive .
Active participants can register their research work through the registration form on our website and present it as part of the scientific sessions at the congress as a poster presentation or oral presentation. The four categories that a participant can choose from are as follows:
- Preclinical studies
- Internal medicine
- Operation
- Public health
The deadline for sending abstracts is February 20 , 2023.
Both active and passive participants have access to:
- Main lectures
- Workshops
- All scientific sessions
- Gala
- Ace the Case – clinical competition
Only active participants can present their research in front of a distinguished jury.
Early fees are 30 euros for active participation and 25 euros for passive participation. The deadline for early payment is 04.04.2023.
