The initial meeting of the Erasmus + project Harvesting (digital) Alternation in Ways that Knock-down Inaccessibility of New Generations – HAWKING, Project Number: 101128741 — HAWKING — ERASMUS-EDU-2023-CBHE, was held at the University of Montenegro in Podgorica. from 29.02. – 01.03.2024.
The meeting was attended by project partners from Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Serbia, Albania, Turkey, Cyprus, Portugal and Slovenia. The University of Tuzla was presented by Prof. Vesna Bratovčić, vice-rector for international university cooperation and Prof. Aljo Mujčić, project manager. At the meeting, the team for the implementation of project activities, composed of Rector of the University of Tuzla, prof. Nermina Hadžigrahić and researchers from the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, were presented.
Also, the HAWKING project was presented, including planned activities, time schedule and roles and responsibilities of partners. This kick-off meeting marked the beginning of cooperation between partner institutions with the aim of solving the challenges of access to new generations of students with disabilities through digital transformation. The University of Tuzla is proud to participate in this ambitious Erasmus+ project, contributing to innovative approaches in education.
