The BUA Conference continued with the second panel titled “Role of University Networks in the European Integration of the Balkans”, which is being held in Tuzla for the first time this year, and the University of Tuzla had the honor of organizing the Conference.
The panel is chaired by Prof. Dr. Sorin Costreie, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation from the University of Bucharest.
“The whole is more than the sum of its parts,” Prof. Costreie, himself a professor of philosophy, quoted Leibniz. With this sentence, he told the audience that networking as a whole is key to the development of Balkan universities and their empowerment.
Representatives of the University of Tirana and the University of Montenegro also spoke about the topic of the panel.
