University of Tuzla Partners with Erasmus+ 1Future Project at IUAV Sustainability Study Visit
Amidst the vibrant discussions and collaborative endeavors at the IUAV Sustainability Study Visit, the University of Tuzla stood as a proud partner for the 1Future project. This innovative initiative, aptly named “Joining for Sustainability – Building Climate Resilient Communities in WB and EU,” is generously funded by the European Union (EU) and aims to spearhead sustainable development efforts in the Western Balkans (WB) and the European Union.
Meeting and study visit to the University of Novi Sad (Serbia)
The University of Novi Sad organized a meeting and a study visit from 4-6th December 2023 within the framework of the “jOiNEd For sUsTainability – building climate REsilient communities in WB and EU – 1FUTURE” project, which was attended by professors of the Faculty of Mining, Geology and Civil Engineering on behalf of the University of Tuzla.

Meeting and study visit to the University for sustainable development Eberswalde (Germany)
During 10-13th October 2023 Eberswalde University in Germany organized a meeting and a study visit within the framework of the “jOiNEd For sUsTainability – building climate REsilient communities in WB and EU – 1FUTURE” project, which were attended by RGGF professors representing the University of Tuzla.
Meeting and study fisit fo Lund University (Sweden)within the 1FUTURE Erasmus+ Project
During the period from June 13 to 16, 2023, Lund University in Sweden organized a meeting and a study visit within the framework of the “jOiNEd For sUsTainability – building climate REsilient communities in WB and EU – 1FUTURE” project, which was attended by RGGF professors on behalf of the University of Tuzla.
1FUTURE Erasmus+ Project Kick-Off Meeting
In September 2022, the ERASMUS+ project 1FUTURE ” jOiNEd For sUsTainability – building climate REsilient communities in WB and EU” was approved, for which the University of Tuzla applied together with 18 partners and 3 affiliated institutions.
Economic and social development are widely affected by the impacts of climate change. It is of critical importance that higher education system contribute to building capacities and interdisciplinary knowledge for a sustainable and resilient society, able to build back better our vulnerable economies.
