The beginning of the ERASMUS+ project ECOBIAS implementation in the field of strengthening the capacity of higher education institutions

On Friday 10 January 2020 Rector Dr. Nermina Hadžigrahić, Full Professor received a visit from the delegation of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics of the University of Novi Sad with the aim of final arrangements for the beginning of the implementation of the new ERASMUS + project in the field of capacity building of higher education institutions.

 

 

Erasmus project entitled ‘Development of master curricula in ecological monitoring and an aquatic bioassessment for Western Balkans HEIs ECOBIAS’ was approved by the European Union, as highly rated project proposal that brings together a total of 11 institutions. Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics of the University of Novi Sad is the project coordinator, while the University of Tuzla and Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics is planned as a partner institution with the aim of developing a new programme of the second cycle. The value of the project for the University of Tuzla is reflected in the procurement of scientific research equipment aimed for ecological monitoring of water, starting from the equipment for the field sampling to the equipment for the sophisticated biological and molecular analysis.

 

Coordinator of the project Prof. Dr. Snežana Radulović, Prof.Dr. Goran Anačkov and Prof.Dr. Dušanka Cvijanović from the University of Novi Sad officially visited University of Tuzla. In the preparation of the project applications significantly contributed Dean Prof.Dr. Vedad Pašić Prof.Dr. Jasmina Kamberović Prof.Dr. Avdul Adrović.
