Buckinghamshire New University (BUCKS), UK, hosted workshop under framework of the project STINT Erasmus + program, which took place from October 17 to 21, 2017. The project ‘Strengthening of Internationalization in Higher Education / STINT’ is achieved within the Key Action 2 – Capacity Building in the field of Higher Education.
During three-day visit, the hosts presented their experiences in the area of international co-operation with representatives of public universities in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Among other issues, they discussed issues of student mobility and teaching staff, international project management, quality assurance, research and internationalization. The experience of Western European partners in the project from this workshop and the forthcoming planned workshops should serve to the universities of BiH in the further development of their internationalization strategies.
Besides all public universities from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the host, the participants of the STINT project are KU Leuven (Gent) Belgium and Politecnico Institute de Porto from Portugal. Representatives of the University of Tuzla at this workshop were Professor Zumreta Kušljugić, PhD, and Professor Meliha Hrustić, PhD.
