Online 25th Summer University in Tuzla was developed as a series of public free online lectures. Lectures will be held from 1 to 5 June 2020 via Zoom app. Lecturers, besides hosts from University of Tuzla will be from Serbia, Slovenia, Macedonia and Australia.
25th jubilee Summer University in Tuzla will be held online this year due to coronavirus pandemic. According to the Rector of the University of Tuzla, it is important that the continuity of the Summer University is not interrupted and that by using online presentations we show to all students and other interested parties what we have to offer.
Nermina Hadžigrahić, PhD, Rector of the University of Tuzla said that Summer University is one of the ways to show what a higher education institution represents. We need to show that we are following trends in science that we are dealing with all challenges and that we are showing everyone what the University is and what it can provide.”
Summer University lectures are intended for students, teachers, as well as for a wide audience, for all generations and people of different professions. Online lectures are free and will be held via the Zoom app.
Vice-Rector for International Relations Dr. Vesna Bratovčić, Associate Professor pointed out that this year we have lecturers, besides hosts from University of Tuzla, from Macedonia, Slovenia, Serbia and Australia. These are lecturers from a wide range of fields. We have electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, people from the field of language, mathematics, the field of special education and rehabilitation, so one wide range of lectures related to the field of lecturers, as well as the context of covid.
