Dear Esteemed Members of the Balkan Universities Association,
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we are honored to invite your esteemed university to participate in the 16th International Balkan Education and Science Congress (IBES-2025), which will be held on October 15–17, 2025, in Edirne, Türkiye. The congress is hosted by the Faculty of Education at Trakya University, in collaboration with partner universities from across the Balkan region.
This year’s congress theme, “Artificial Intelligence and the Future of Education: Transforming Teaching and Learning,” aims to foster dialogue and share innovative research that addresses current trends, opportunities, and challenges in education. While the main focus is on AI, we warmly welcome submissions covering a wide range of topics in the field of education under relevant categories.
We would like to kindly remind you that the abstract submission deadline is approaching: July 30, 2025. We strongly encourage faculty members, researchers, graduate students, and other stakeholders from your institution to submit their papers and actively participate in the congress.
During the congress, we also plan to hold a special meeting with Deans of Faculties of Education (or their appointed representatives) to explore future collaborations. Could you please provide us with the name and contact details of the dean or the designated representative who will participate in this meeting?
