On November 18, 2021, in the Amphitheater 3 at the Campus of the University of Tuzla, a workshop entitled “Gender Equality from the Perspective of Women with Disabilities” was held as part of the activity: “16 days of activism – why this campaign is important”, and as part of the project University and Gender Mainstreaming (UNIGEM)”.
Prof. Dr. Vesna Bratovčić, Vice-rector for International Relations, and member of the Council for Gender Equality at the University of Tuzla held a workshop. The workshop was attended by 29 male and female students of the first-year of the Faculty of Education and Special Rehabilitation of University of Tuzla. A guest in the workshop was Adisa Kišić, Professor of Bosnian Language and Literature, and Public Relations Officer at the Information Center for Persons with Disabilities “Lotos” Tuzla. The workshop will be subject to further student activities in the field of promoting gender equality and combating gender-based violence and discrimination.
