Results Of International Scientific Research Cooperation Between The University Of Tuzla, The Faculty Of Chemistry And Chemical Technology Of The University Of Ljubljana, And The Faculty Of Sciences Of The University Of Novi Sad Published In The Journal “Molecules”

The cooperation of academic staff from the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics and the Faculty of Technology of the University of Tuzla with the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology of the University of Ljubljana and the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Novi Sad is being implemented through mutual visits financed within the framework of bilateral cooperation between Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina (project approved in 2025 entitled: “Isolation of Bioactive Components from Fruit Processing By-products According to the Principles of Green Chemistry”), mobility activities through the CEEPUS network “Water – a Common but Anomalous Substance that Has to Be Taught and Studied”, as well as thanks to the support of the Federal Ministry of Education and Science (co-financing approved for the project: “Optimisation of a New Environmentally Friendly Method for the Extraction of Bioactive Compounds from Bio-waste in Accordance with Sustainable Development Goals” in 2025).

Thanks to these joint activities, a scientific paper has recently been published in the prestigious journal Molecules (indexed in: Scopus, SCIE, Web of Science, PubMed, MEDLINE, PMC, Reaxys, CaPlus/SciFinder, MarinLit, AGRIS), JCR – Q2 (Chemistry, Multidisciplinary) / CiteScore – Q1 (Chemistry (miscellaneous), IF 4.6).
