Office of Teaching and Student Affairs
– Organizes and manages the work of the Office,
– Proposes and implements measures in improving the teaching process,
– Coordinates the teaching schedule for the following academic year and proposes it to the Senate,
– Coordinates the exam schedule for the following academic year and proposes it to the Senate,
– Coordinates activities on the development of teaching schedule by organizational units and teaching process supervision,
– Participates in the development of materials for the competent authorities within the jurisdiction of the Office,
– Proposes engagement of external associates in the teaching process,
– Monitors implementation of the curricula in the faculties,
– Submits the Report on the teaching process and passing rate at the University level to the Rector At least twice a year,
– Initiates activities relating to curricula revision in line with the Law and University Rules,
– Proposes to the Rector and the competent authorities of the University the measures and activities aimed at improving the quality of teaching,
– Coordinates activities relating to first year graduate student enrollment,
– Prepares and publishes Bulletin and Teaching Schedule,
– Submits annual work report to the Rector and Steering Board,
– Participates in preparation of Senate sessions,
– Performs other tasks under the jurisdiction of the Office, on Rector’s order.
